Handcrafted & Made-to-Order

All PAWERAH Products are handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for you. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural characteristics that make your furniture one-of-a-kind.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However, due to the handmade nature of our items and variations in natural materials (especially solid acacia wood), actual Products may differ slightly from photos in terms of wood grain patterns, color tones, and texture.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by PAWERAH. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Pre-Shipment Approval

Before shipping your order, we will send you photos or videos of the finished Product for your approval. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm approval. By approving the Product, you acknowledge that it meets your expectations and specifications and accept the Product as-is.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to our acceptance.

Your Responsibility

Once your Product is delivered to the shipping address you provided and marked as "delivered" by the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because each PAWERAH Product is handcrafted specifically for you and made-to-order, we focus on creating solutions rather than processing refunds. If your Product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will remake it for free - no questions asked.

What We'll Remake For Free

• Products that arrive damaged during shipping

• Manufacturing defects

• Products that don't match the description or specifications you ordered

• Incorrect size or color received

How to Request a Remake

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawerah.com

2. Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and unboxing video (required for damage claims)

3. Our team will review and work with you to remake the Product or provide another resolution

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• All made-to-order Products (we'll remake instead if defective or damaged)

• Custom and personalized items

• Sale or discounted items (final sale)

• Products you approved via photo/video before shipment (unless damaged or defective)

• Change of mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving the Product

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

Quality Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your Product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will remake it at no additional cost (see Section 8: Returns & Refunds).

Natural Material Disclaimer

Our Products are made from natural materials, primarily solid acacia wood and engineered wood. Natural wood may:

• Vary in grain pattern, color, and texture

• Develop small cracks, knots, or natural markings over time

• Change slightly in color due to exposure to light and air

• Be subject to expansion and contraction with changes in humidity

These characteristics are inherent to natural wood and are not considered defects.

No Other Warranties

Normal Wear & Tear

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
