Crates and Beds

Our crates and beds are shipped disassembled to protect the solid wood during transit. Assembly is simple and typically takes 15–30 minutes.

Before You Start

Tools needed: Screwdriver or Drill, Allen wrench (if included), Soft cloth or towel

Inside the box: Solid wood panels, screws, bolts, assembly hardware, and a parts checklist. You will also receive a detailed assembly video via email after dispatch.

Assembly Instructions

Unpack all panels and hardware onto a soft surface to prevent scratching. Confirm every part against the checklist before you begin.

Connect the bottom panel to the side panels first — align the pre-drilled holes and insert screws or bolts. Tighten evenly and avoid over-tightening to prevent cracking the wood.

Next, secure the back panel. For nightstand models, attach the top panel to form the tabletop surface. For beds, connect the surrounding frame panels to complete the sleeping area shape.

If your model includes a door, mount the hinges to the front panel first, then attach the door to the frame. Open and close it a few times to confirm smooth operation — adjust hinges as needed.

Once fully assembled, give the piece a gentle shake to check stability. Tighten any loose hardware, wipe the wood surface clean, and place it in your chosen spot.

Cat Shelves

Applies to: All wall-mounted cat shelf models

Cat shelves mount directly to your wall using T-shaped metal brackets. Proper installation ensures your cat can jump and climb safely.

Before You Start

Tools needed: Drill, Screwdriver, Level, Pencil, Measuring tape, Stud finder (recommended)

Inside the box: Solid wood cat shelf board(s), T-shaped metal brackets, screws, and wall plugs. A detailed installation video will be sent to your email after dispatch.

Installation Instructions

Measure the distance between the two pre-drilled holes on the back of the shelf — you will use this spacing to position the brackets on your wall.

Hold the brackets against the wall at your desired height and use a level to confirm they are straight. Mark the screw positions with a pencil, then drill pilot holes. Insert wall plugs if you are not drilling into studs.

Fasten the T-shaped brackets securely to the wall. Then slide the shelf onto the brackets through the pre-drilled holes until it sits flush against the wall. Use the level one more time to verify alignment.

Press down firmly on the mounted shelf to test weight capacity. The shelf must hold steady under your cat's weight during jumping and climbing. If there is any wobble, re-tighten screws or reposition the brackets until the shelf feels completely solid.

Cat Tree Towers

Applies to: All cat tree tower models

Tree towers are shipped in sections to ensure safe delivery. Assembly works from the ground up — base first, platforms next, decorative touches last.

Before You Start

Tools needed: Drill or Screwdriver, Allen wrench (if included), Level, Soft cloth

Inside the box: Tree trunk sections, platform shelves, connecting hardware, and decorative elements (artificial leaves or sisal rope, if applicable). A step-by-step assembly video will be sent to your email after dispatch.

Assembly Instructions

Begin with the base platform — this is the widest and heaviest piece that anchors the entire tower. Attach the first trunk section vertically and confirm it stands straight before adding anything else.

Work your way upward: connect each platform shelf to the trunk at its designated point. Use a level on every shelf — uneven platforms affect both your cat's comfort and the tower's overall balance.

Continue adding trunk extensions and upper platforms until the full structure is complete. Go back and double-check every connection point for tightness.

Attach any decorative elements — leaves, flowers, or sisal rope — following the included guide. These add natural texture and give your cat surfaces for scratching and playing.

Finally, position the completed tower on a flat surface and push it against a wall for added support. Test stability by pressing from multiple angles. Tighten anything that feels loose, wipe surfaces clean, and your cat tree tower is ready.
