Order Cancellation Policy

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that our products are handcrafted and made specifically for you. They are custom-made goods, and production begins only after your purchase has been confirmed.

You acknowledge and agree that your right to request changes or cancellations is limited to 24 hours from your purchase confirmation. After 24 hours, once your order enters production, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

Custom & Personalized Products Cannot Be Cancelled

The following items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

• Products with custom dimensions, engravings, or personalization
• Products with your pet's name added
• Custom color combinations or special design requests
• Any made-to-order pieces with specific modifications

These items are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold. Cancellation is not available once the order is confirmed.
